Il se tendait et se d\u00e9tendait brusquement (hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis), endommageant violemment les roulements du pignon de la bo\u00eete de vitesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La solution :<\/strong> Nous avons con\u00e7u un arbre sur mesure \u00ab \u00e0 conception rigide \u00bb en utilisant un tube DOM \u00e0 paroi plus \u00e9paisse et avons remplac\u00e9 le rev\u00eatement cannel\u00e9 par du disulfure de molybd\u00e8ne afin de r\u00e9duire la friction lors de la plong\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat:<\/strong> Dix-huit mois se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9s. Z\u00e9ro panne. Le responsable de la maintenance m'a offert un bon steak.
